The Consortium of Scardovari is also the owner and manager of the greatest system than of recently modern purification mollusc of endowed Italy and sophisticated technologies with purification abilities to beyond 150 tons of product to the day. Only in Italy, a double quantity is present arranges of purification of mollusc:
a modern and technologically advanced system closed circuit with vertical bathtubs second one system imported from the Europe North (100 tons to the day).
In these structures the product comes uninhabitaed, washing let alone selected and prepared for the successive manufacturing.
To such care the system is equipped of numerous lines of packaging for the confection preparation of 0,5 Kg until to 20 kg.
To guarantee of the freshness of the products of the Consortium of average Scardovari it is equipped of a wide one and equipped park for the distribution of mollusc in every zone of Italy and the main European ichthyic markets.
Annexed to the system of Scardovari is present equipping and modern laboratory of analysis for the systematic control of the product in all makes of production to guarantee of the quality and genuineness of the mollusc.
Moreover our Consortium is equipped of a mussel center weaning (nursery) realized to the inside of the "BIOTOPO" of Goes them Bonello in Cassella Locality.
